Few have described the lure better than Charles Houston: "The answer cannot be simple; it is compounded of such elements as the great beauty of clear cold air, of colors beyond the ordinary, of the lure of unknown regions beyond the rim of experience...[it is] the pleasure of physical fitness, the pride of conquering... the chance to be briefly free of the small concerns of our common lives..."

I can't thank the members of Kathanika enough. It was amazing to feel the energy that the fish had inspired. We never could have brought it out again, without you guys. Thank you!

I gave blood

Totally forgot to mention that i gave blood to the red cross for the first time. It was totally lame, I hated every minute of it. Hated. However, I'm looking forward to my next chance. Like one of the old lady volenteers said, "It's one thing to give money, but giving blood is even more important."
