Not Burning

It's funny, I didn't think it would be so easy. I really thought I'd be crawling out of my skin and totally out of my mind by now, but I'm happy that I'm not burning this year. Happy I'm not spending the money, happy I'm avoiding the dust, and really looking forward to Labor Day with mine and Lauren's family's hanging out together.

I still get pangs every once in a while, but I'm glad we made the decision to take this year off. Next year. . . I can't wait, that is going to be a year to remember. I think the stars are aligning to really make next year really rock!
